LEAD TIMES
All of our Rustic & Scandi style furniture is made to order in our Workshop based in Newry, Northern Ireland.
Our standard lead times on new orders is 6-8 weeks and for wall shelves and smaller pieces it is 2-3 weeks from the date an order is placed. Our lead times can sometimes change during busy times, please always check with us for up to date lead turnaround times.
Delivery & Delivery Area
Delivery:
We have a small 2 man delivery team who deliver larger furniture orders to all of Northern Ireland, County Louth, County Dublin and County Monaghan. All larger Items we deliver ourselves will be assembled and set up in a room of choice.
All of our smaller items, wall shelves and coat hooks are shipped with a courier to all of NI, Ireland & UK.
We can also send larger items on a pallet throughout NI, Ireland and UK. There are some area and size restrictions and shipping costs vary, please email hello@rusticsoul.co.uk to request a custom shipping quote.
* All items sent via pallet will require 2 people to receive, unpack & assemble your furniture order. *
Free Collections/Pick Up:
We also offer a free collection service. We will be in touch to let you know your order is ready for collection and to confirm a collection date and approximate collection time with you.
